Multi Team Agile Delivery

Gourab's Scrum and Product Owner training was extremely valuable for our NATO teams. Due to Covid-19 we had to move our training from in-person to an online format. Gourab ensured the two-day training was engaging and interactive. The material was relevant and the practical exercises really helped our teams understand how to integrate the lessons into our daily work and processes. I highly recommend Gourab and his team!

Gourab provided a large hands on Agile training to our development and analyst teams. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions and growth throughout the sessions. Our teams were able to comprehend and apply the concepts really leading to a strong foundation as we move forward with our Agile implementation within a state/public sector environment. Gourab brought a fantastic energy and ability to inspire value delivery.

Taking the Scrum Master training was a great experience that allowed my team and others in our organization to learn the fundamental of the Scrum/Agile methodology. This course was very interactive and the instructor was very engaged in understanding our organization’s needs. Overall I would recommend this course to anyone that is interested in learning and applying these concepts in their daily work.

I really liked the usage of real-life scenario w/ application to the course material. The presentation slides were just detailed enough for me to grasp the concepts. The instructor was very open to facing questions and provided with useful responses. I would like the instructor to take a use case from the audience day to day operations so it’s easily relatable.

I appreciated the different incorporated media and delivery not only slides. It was nice to have it broken up with video and, definitely the hands-on case study. Also offer a gluten-free, sugar-free lunch option? (Hummus, salad, etc.) or, warn students that there is no gluten-free or sugar-free option. Very minor :).

I have cleared my PSM certification with 93%. I really appreciate and thank you for all the efforts in your training. It helped me not just in the certification but also has given me full confidence on pursuing my career in this area. I know there are lots to learn but this has been a wonderful start!

I thought the way the training presented was excellent. Gourab is extremely knowledgeable and he was able to answer all questions clearly. Overall it was great training and I’m very happy I was able to attend. I learned a whole lot. I honestly can’t think of anything that needs improvement. When I have additional training needs, I will surely use Gourab again and will recommend it to others.
