He has developed “Agile 5 Ecosystem”, a unique value-driven lean/agile maturity model built from ground up, depicting an ecosystem model, based on the industry best principles of lean, agile, SAFe, and DecSecOps, a proven, tested, practical roadmap for business agility.

Served as a panel member on several committees, town hall gatherings on various advanced concepts on Agile & SAFe implementation, challenges, success stories. Delivered customized lectures/training programs at Customer/Client locations on Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe principles and practices.
