The learning objective of the training is to understand the concept of SAFe including underlying principles and values, Agile Release Train (ART), Agile Process (Scrum, Kanban, or XP), and how to deliver value regardless of the Agile processes the team employs. Attendees will also learn to write epics, break them down into features and stories, plan and execute iterations, and execute the PI.
