The ability to nimbly align strategy with execution is a critical competitive advantage. Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) training equips enterprise leaders and portfolio managers with the skills to dynamically connect strategic objectives with agile delivery initiatives. By mastering LPM’s participatory budgeting and continuous funding flow approaches, they can collaboratively empower teams while maintaining strategic direction.
LPM training imparts the Lean-Agile mindset required to organize around value streams, break down silos, and respond quickly to shifting customer demands. Participants learn to apply systems thinking across the entire portfolio to orchestrate multiple agile solution trains delivering on the roadmap. They gain insight into agile budgeting and forecasting practices that fuel sound economic decision-making. Moreover, courses explore facilitating participatory planning with deeply engaged stakeholder involvement for faster course correction. Rather than static annual budgets, LPM champions incremental funding allocation reviewed frequently in cadence with accelerated feedback loops. This continuous learning cycle fosters tighter strategy-to-execution alignment as teams swarm on the highest-value opportunities. For enterprises seeking true business agility, LPM training empowers the connective tissue between portfolio vision and solution delivery.
Learning a new way of thinking about project management. I really liked day 2 when we were able to apply learning. Student guide is easy to understand. Instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to provide simple understandable case scenarios to assist me with understanding / learning process. I liked the format and how the instructor was able to set the pace based on our group. WSJF exercise was helpful. I liked the content of the SAFe course, terminologies and the way it was presented. The case study helped in understanding the whole picture of SAFe. Would have preferred more examples on some of the concepts and some more detailed case study. I liked that the instructor. Plenty of detailed examples to support key concepts. He also encouraged questions and discussions which helped reinforce learning. I liked the hands-on portions of the training.(Games and case study). Add more hands-on portions and slides, although information can be monotonous Gourab was well informed and kept the focus on getting us to what we want. A comprehensive understanding rather than teaching to the test. Very interactive, instructor open to discussion of new ideas and adaption to our needs. Up-front investment of instructor (before class) in specific needs of company would have been helpful.
