This two-day course is exclusively designed for the current Scrum Masters who wish to advance their Servant-leadership with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). It will help Scrum Masters in facilitating the Agile team, program planning, execution, and creating a community of practice.
The Advanced Scrum Master course will empower the Scrum Masters in cross-team interactions to support program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm by including:
- an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices
- how Kanban can be used to facilitate the flow of value
- supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts
